Refund policy

Merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within two weeks from purchase date. All items must have original tags and receipt. Items can be returned in store and/or through USPS/UPS. If you would like us to provide a return label, a fee would be charged to cover shipping cost, email helpdesk@kateandhale.com for additional assistance or to request return label for fee.  Fee generally ranges between $5-$15 depending on location of shipment.  FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. (No exchanges or returns wil be accepted)
